Paula Dunlop is an ex-mental health nurse who brings her considerable expertise directly to clients using a range of therapies including hypnotherapy, EMDR, NLP, DBT, SFBT, mindfulness & meditation.

Paula supports individuals struggling with conditions from anxiety, PTSD, trauma, panic attacks and depression to stress, emotional overload & low self-esteem.

Dee Stockman is an integral part of MenoMastery and Menofest. She brings yoga expertise and all its stress management & exercise benefits, but is also a meditation practitioner and, crucially for women in menopause, is knowledgeable in all things sleep, via her specialist training & ‘Sleep is Magic’ course.

Dee is also a deeply calming presence and brings an innate wisdom to any interaction.

The School of Antenatal app is the brainchild of antenatal educator Dawn Rosevear & is an incredible resource which supports individuals & professionals at every stage of pregnancy. It provides reassurance to parents via evidence-based information on every stage of the pregnancy journey from early pregnancy through labour & birth options and beyond to breast & bottle feeding.

The app is also a tool for training GPs, midwives and pregnancy educators and may be offered to employers and their staff as part of wellbeing initiatives.

Mindset coach, Jeff Kidner, is an inspiration. He has qualifications to burn, but his achievements don’t make him any the less human & approachable.

Jeff has featured on a returning basis in MenoMastery, helping to set the participants on the right mindset track to achieve their objectives & pick them up when life threatens to derail them.

As a mindset coach, Jeff works on confidence, wellbeing, personal & professional performance. He is also trained in NLP, meditation, hypnosis, TFT, kinetic shift & reiki, and as an mBIT coach & trainer.

Dr Karen Wilson has been looking after women's health for 25 years. Over those years the advice about what to do and whether to use HRT or not has changed many times, as have the formulations available.

With a wealth of experience, Dr Karen is in an excellent position to help you through the menopause transition & provide an understanding of how HRT may sit in the overall health & wellbeing picture.

It has been a pleasure to spend time with Karen at Menofest events & as an expert within the MenoMastery course. Karen’s holistic view to health means that she is great advocate of ‘lifestyle medicine’ being a natural adjunct to medical support.
